Preparation

Planning

Our projects can be viewed interactively through Graphisoft’s BIMx application, available on iPad and iPhone. BIMx allows clients to explore the project model both externally and internally, providing a clear understanding of spatial relationships, materiality, and design intent. The BIMx file remains current throughout the life of the project, assisting builders and subcontractors to visualise, measure, and coordinate services with confidence. This technology enhances communication and ensures alignment from concept to construction.
We also offer highly realistic rendered fly-through animations with contextual imagery, enabling clients to understand scale, materiality, and spatial character with confidence while also providing valuable marketing assets.
